Where can I find my tracking number?
If you did not yet receive your tracking number by email, you can email us at Sales@kawaiinfriends.com and we will make sure you get it

Please take notice that the shipping times are in addition to our production times and all orders take days to produce depending on the volume of sales we are experiencing
A receipt by Email will be sent with a tracking number once your order is shipped

Canceling Orders –
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from your purchase date – Due to these are custom made to order
Due to the custom printing and limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. Please be sure to consult the size chart (available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly. If you need to make a change once your order has been submitted, please contact customer service immediately as we do not guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven
to be defective or the wrong item sent. If you do receive a defective item, please contact us at info@kawaiinfriends.com with details of the product and the defect and we will determine a workable solution
Upon receipt of the returned product, if necessary, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Our team will do their best to work with you to resolve any problems or concerns with your order, if you received the incorrect item please contact customer service within 14days from the date of delivery. Please include photos of the items as well as your preference for a replacement or exchange
Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: defective shirt, poor-quality print, incorrect item, damaged in transit.
If we are not contacted within this 14-day time frame, a refund or replacement may not be issued.
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds or exchange and are considered final sale. If we receive returned sale items, the package will be returned at the expense of the customer and no refund will be issued.
apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. These apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best.
